Otman went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs both on to achieve the performance we were looking for our system but also to keep everything minimal and good looking internally in the house. I really appreciate Otman sharing his knowledge of networking and WiFi issues with me and my family. His work is done efficiently and at an excellent standard. Cannot notice the Ethernet cable stretching from downstairs living room all the way to my bedroom upstairs. He has been helpful in providing guidance on issues we need to bring up to BT, for example, spotting the fibre optic hasn't been installed correctly and noticing extreme drops in WiFi that are unnaceptable and need to be dealt with by BT.

Noah was an absolute lifesaver when he showed up! Our cameras were acting up, but he quickly got to the bottom of it, fixed everything, and even upgraded our camera quality. He shared some valuable tips on camera maintenance and helped us with the Wi-Fi too. Noah's professionalism and kindness really stood out.
